what is hypnosis

A grand and elaborate guided meditation.

a journey within…

Introspective hypnosis connects you the often quieter/hidden parts of ourself to help you find the origins of your pain points - low self-esteem, poor relationship patterns, guilt, health issues, feeling lost, etc.
You can access your higher self or your internal leader and guides to help in your healing.

It's a beautiful technique that focuses on forgiveness, releasing energy, and filling your body and spirit with love and light.

It's always such an honor to be a part of helping people deepen their connection to their soul and witness them getting answers and clarity on what is most important to them.

Sessions have included connecting twin flames/soul mates, reparenting inner children, connecting to parts (IFS based), connecting with passed loved ones, visiting past painful memories and releasing old emotions, getting to know guides, explaining strange dreams, visions, finding spirit attachments that cause problems, explaining past abusive exs, releasing guilt around motherhood, finding the cause of autoimmune disorder in a past life and this one, etc.

Each session is special and unique.

Sessions are done online through Zoom.

You will receive the link to your meeting in your Confirmation Email through my booking page. You don't need to download any app or sign-in unless you would like to.

Please have earbuds with a microphone or a headset so we can hear each other. You will also need a webcam, so I will be able to see your face during the session.

You will want a quiet, distraction-free (no kids, pets, phones) space with good WiFi where you can get comfortable - recliner, bed, chair, etc. We will start sitting up, but then you may recline or lay down. Please have a place ready for you to get cozy. Have everything plugged in and charged :)

Feel free to contact me with any questions or to schedule a free Q&A session.

Heal yourself

Before your session

Sessions are 1.5 hours long and videotaped, so you can review your experience.

A few nights before you can start practicing sitting in stillness for 15 or 20 minutes. There are many visualizations and guided meditations on YouTube that you could try.

You can also journal and get clear on what you might want to work on during the session. You can set a few intentions or come up with a list of questions and health issues. If you need more direction you can fill out this pre-session intention worksheet from Quantum Healers. I highly recommend these videos to help you prepare too.

Please refrain from any cannabis or alcohol before your session. If you are a coffee drinker, have a little less caffeine before your session. You want to be awake but relaxed.

On the day of the appointment, please take time to center yourself before your appointment. You could sit in stillness, do some stretching, take a hot bath, etc. We will do relaxation exercises together before we begin, so it’s okay if you are nervous or stressed. Wear comfortable clothes.

After your appointment, you will likely feel kind of groggy, tired or like you did a lot of personal work. Please make sure you don’t have to rush off anywhere, and that you have some time to reflect and relax after your session. Drink lots of water and write down any insights.

It's important to relisten to your session regularly.

 Research on Hypnosis:

One study published in the International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis in 2015 found that hypnosis can be an effective tool for reducing the symptoms of depression and anxiety related to a breakup. The study involved 81 participants who had recently experienced a romantic breakup. Participants who received hypnosis as part of their treatment showed a greater reduction in depressive and anxiety symptoms compared to those who received a standard cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention.

Another study published in the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis in 2014 looked at the use of hypnosis in coping with the loss of a loved one. The study involved 30 participants who had lost a loved one within the past two years. Participants who received hypnosis reported reduced symptoms of grief and depression, as well as increased feelings of comfort and peace.

Another study published in the Journal of Anxiety Disorders in 2008 looked at the use of hypnosis for treating intrusive thoughts. The study involved 22 participants with intrusive thoughts who were randomly assigned to receive either hypnosis or relaxation therapy. Participants who received hypnosis reported significant reductions in the frequency and intensity of their intrusive thoughts compared to those who received relaxation therapy.
